Job Title:   Data Migration Specialist

Location:   Toledo, Ohio - Hybrid

Job Description:

• Collect and analyze business requirements to develop functional and technical specifications for data profiling and migration.
  
• Design, develop, train, and deploy data profiling reports using SAP Business Object Data Services and Information Steward.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with BODS report failures, manage report collections, and maintain report inventory.
  
• Perform mass data creation and maintenance using SAP tools, including LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
  
• Collaborate with business resources to collect detailed requirements and coordinate testing efforts.
  
• Coordinate and execute master data cleansing activities, utilizing SAP tools to ensure compliance with business rules.
  
• Provide administrative support for OC standard data profiling tools, including user access management, scheduling, and monitoring.
  
• Develop and deliver training on OC-standard tools to employees under the guidance of data team leads.
  
• Document and maintain data rules as directed by OC data team leads.
  
• Provide backup coverage for MDASL operations as needed.
  

Data Migration Responsibilities:

• Gather data from various sources for migration to SAP systems.
  
• Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth data migration, supporting mergers and acquisitions.
  
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  
• Resolve data quality issues during migration and ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
