Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
2. Assist with correspondence, including drafting and editing emails, letters, and reports.
3. Coordinate and arrange events, workshops, and special promotions for the gym club.
4. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
5. Maintain accurate and updated records for the executive team, including files, contacts, and other relevant information.
6. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
7. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive team.
