Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing an outstanding experience for both buyers and sellers, ensuring they feel prioritized and appreciated.
• Maintain regular communication, ensuring clients always feel informed and valued throughout their journey, with personalized updates and timely follow-ups.
• Anticipate client's needs and proactively address any concerns, offering effective solutions and creating a seamless experience.
• Manage and update online listings to attract potential buyers, utilizing innovative marketing techniques to enhance visibility.
• Be present at open houses, showings, and client events, leaving a lasting impression every time, and assisting in organizing these events for maximum impact.
Operational Support: • Keep the schedule organized and handle appointments effortlessly, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and ensure all prospects receive the attention they deserve, continuously developing the database with accurate and updated information.
• Assist in developing strategies to grow the business and enhance systems, bringing fresh ideas to help stay ahead in the competitive market.
• Prepare marketing materials and assist in coordinating advertising campaigns to generate new business.
Qualifications:
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in real estate or as an executive assistant. A real estate license is preferred. Experience with top-producing teams is a plus.
Skills: • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
• A high level of emotional intelligence for navigating diverse personalities and situations with grace and poise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting professional correspondence and presenting information effectively.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate platforms, and marketing tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
