Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a licensed real estate professional for an incredible opportunity. This person needs to be available mainly on weeknights and weekends to show properties across Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and occasionally Lehigh and Berks counties. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, who enjoys working with people, and who is eager to learn the real estate business while gaining hands-on experience. Responsibilities:

• Show properties to clients, following the agent’s methods and instructions
• Collect client feedback post-showing and relay it to the agent
• Host open houses and assist with buyer/seller paperwork
• Draft offers and send “Next Step” emails to clients outlining contingency dates
• Enter and prepare listings in the MLS, including organizing photos
• Write birthday and anniversary cards, handle signs/lockboxes, and manage client drop-offs
• Conduct follow-up calls from open houses and warm leads
• Enter contacts into the database and assist with general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with strong time management
• High school diploma
• Reliable vehicle
• Flexible availability for showings, with primary hours on weekday evenings (4-8 pm) and 3-5 hours on weekends
• Must be available to communicate with the Lead Agent outside of showing hours
