Job Description

Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to manage the dealership’s front desk, provide administrative support for dealership staff, and ensure visitors receive prompt and courteous service. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist should display professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Core Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (i.e. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (i.e. fax machine, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable with a professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to multitask effectively, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Hours and Work Environment This is a part-time role offering evening and Saturday shifts. Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs. The Receptionist covers the front desk in the dealership’s showroom, and reports to the Office Manager.
