We are looking for an amazing Patient Advocate to join our Revenue Team immediately and help our Moms receive the thousands of dollars of free items available to them through their insurance plans.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: answering inbound customer calls, outbound customer follow up, entering orders, answering emails, data entry, filing duties and other tasks in various computer systems as assigned. This individual will work with management to plan, organize and implement processes that enable our continued growth.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience but includes Health Insurance, an Employee Stock Option Plan, Progressive Vacation Policy, Family Friendly Atmosphere and many other perks.

Patient Advocate Tasks:

  • Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner
  • Ability to Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient/customer information
  • Understanding and promoting Bump Health products, culture and values
  • Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities
  • Be willing to help team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals

Requirements

  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding
  • Understanding of insurance reimbursement policies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
  • Experience with technology (Excel and Reporting)
  • Problem Solving skills and finding innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting
  • Must be able to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect and be able to respond appropriately to direction and constructive criticism from a supervisor
  • Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential.
  • Must work from our office location in Daytona Beach, Florida, Monday-Friday.
