Job Description

We are currently assisting a fast-growing electrical contracting company in New Jersey with their search for an experienced Project Manager. This company, founded by a proud IBEW member, operates on the core values of integrity, continuous improvement, and hard work. They serve a diverse portfolio of clients, including universities, K-12 schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and public works projects, with project sizes ranging from $500K to $15M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with project estimating and bid preparation.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to meet project specifications.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in electrical contracting.
• Knowledge of project management and estimating software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Trimble products (Accubid, Spectrum, or ProjectSight).
• IBEW member with a valid electrical license (e.g., journeyman or master).

Compensation:

• Up to $180,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.

Location:

• Office located in Raritan Township, NJ, with travel required to project sites across New Jersey.
