We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Python Developer to join our team. Responsibilities:
1\. Review product requirements and work with the user community to discuss the requirements
2\. Work with business user groups to understand business needs, provide scalable solutions, and collaborate with business community to come up with the efficient alternatives
3\. Work with the Technical lead(s) to: prepare a design solution for the requirement, document with appropriate design artifacts such as high level design and low level design, and break the implementation plan into smaller deliverables and align to project timeline
4\. Ensure software is built in a scalable manner and utilize Junit to test the code
5\. Work with business users in securing necessary sign offs for deliverables and coordinate for the product rollout which involves working on tools for building and deploying the software
6\. Investigate and solve issues in a timely manner for the software in the production environment
7\. Work on competing projects simultaneously and ensure quality of all deliverables 8\. Work on a global software development team and communicate status/design effectively across multiple regions
Qualifications:
1\. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2\. Proficiency in Python with over 4 years of experience, or 2 years of experience inPython combined with an additional 2+ years in any object-oriented programming language
3\. 2 + years of experience in a production environment
4\. Experience with agile methodologies and proficiency in product management tools likeJira, Monday, Trello, etc. 5\. Well-versed in design patterns
6\. Skilled in Python packages such as Numpy, Pandas, etc.
7\. Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code and leadingothers to do the same
8\. Excellent analytical and time management skills
9\. High proficiency in English
10\. Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
