Responsibilities

• Manage weekly releases and onboarding of new applications
• Coordinate deployments with different teams to ensure sustainability and standards
• Participate in discussions with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to deeply understand client's needs and goals and to be creative in finding ways to achieve them
• Perform manual validation by running the set of tests until it’s fully automated

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in establishing/improving release cycle and process
• Project Management (stakeholders, communication, risks, dependencies, scope, people, quality, schedule) in Agile environments
• Skilled in ITILv3 and engineering practices
• Knowledge of Git, Gitflow, AWS, BuildBot
• Ability to learn and understand the complex business domain
• Strong understanding of business goals and business value and their implications on priorities
• Experience with the Financial domain and working in a highly secure environment are nice to have
• Excellent English and strong communication skills
• 2 days in the office
