This is a remote position.
We are seeking a passionate Sports Coordinator to join our dynamic team, facilitating sports-related activities and assisting clients in attending various sports events. This role is commission-based and operates on an independent contractor basis. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia, have reliable Wi-Fi access, and possess a smartphone or computer. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. Responsibilities include email communication, direct vendor contact, and booking tickets for clients to a wide range of sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
Sports Event Booking:
Understand clients' sports event preferences and requirements.
Research and book tickets for various sports events, including games, matches, and tournaments.
Vendor Communication:
Establish and maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports event organizers.
Negotiate ticket prices, group discounts, and special packages on behalf of clients.
Client Relations:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
Keep clients informed about event details, ticket availability, and any changes.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and preferences.
Assist in preparing invoices and receipts for clients.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to become knowledgeable about various sports events and ticketing processes.
Stay updated on sports event schedules, venues, and seating arrangements.
Email Communication:
Use email as the primary mode of communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
Send event confirmations, itineraries, and updates to clients.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia.
Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
Possession of a smartphone or computer for communication and administrative tasks.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Passion for sports and an understanding of various sports events.
