A successful Service Plumber is a skilled troubleshooter and customer advocate, swiftly diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues. You will prioritize customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations through your efficient work and clear communication.

Responsibilities for the Service Plumber:

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls, including drain cleaning, pipe repair, and system installations.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating/cooling systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test systems for leaks and other plumbing issues.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and timelines to build trust and secure repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including truck inventory management.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions for continuous professional development.

Requirements for the Service Plumber:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Plumbing.
• Possess and maintain an up-to-date plumbing Tradesman/Journeyman license.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job.
• Passion for communicating with customers and resolving plumbing issues.
• Competitive individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset.
