Sphere Mechanical Corp. is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Installers, troubleshooting, diagnosing, verifying orders, and managing installs. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using blueprints, specs, drawings to solve complex issues and ensure safe and efficient project completion. Apply now to be part of our growing HVAC company! Responsibilities: • Oversee the installation of new units and replacement parts. • Ensure work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. • Conduct quality testing and inspections. • May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficient knowledge in sheet metal work, brazing, refrigerant line sets, etc. • 4 years of Journeyman experience • 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman • Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision • Ability to successfully pass a federal background check About Company: Sphere Mechanical is a leading HVAC Mechanical Contractor based out of San Diego.
